Such functions include the printing of your photos, the shipping and delivery of your order, and various other actions required to fulfill your order. These third parties will have access to your personal information as required for them to carry out these functions.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
- Website: We partner with a leading website hosting provider to serve our website at https://proclicks.co. PII collected on our website is stored within secured networks and is only accessible by persons who have special access rights to such systems. This hosting provider is required to keep your PII confidential. In addition, your sensitive information is encrypted via the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- Purchases: When you make a purchase on our website or on a platform processing orders on our behalf, all information, to include your credit card data you provide, is handled by Stripe (www.stripe.com), a reputable third-party payment gateway. Stripe is under strict obligation to keep your personal information private and will use your personal information only for processing your payment in fulfillment of your order. ProClicks does not store or have access to your credit card or financial information.
- Office: PII collected from office contact is kept strictly confidential. Recorded information is stored in a locked file cabinet with employee only access.
